1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping all across India through our delivery partner ShipRocket. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also visit the "Track Order" page on our website using your order reference.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Param Khajana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@paramkhajana.com so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
