Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales are Final (No Returns)

Due to the premium and often custom nature of the products sold on our platform, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Once an order is successfully delivered in good condition, the sale is considered final.

2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

We take extreme care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, we are committed to making it right.

You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us at paramkhajana@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. Upon review, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order is dispatched from our facility. Once the shipping label is generated and the package is handed over to our courier partners, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

If your refund claim is approved (due to damage or a successful pre-dispatch cancellation), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
